INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), we, as Kemal Yatkin, aim to inform you about your personal data processed by us as the Data Controller through this Clarification Text.

• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL
• To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
